We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to empower women and provide them with the support they need to thrive.

Empowering women of color in the legal field: Our Paralegal Workshop & Mentorship Program (PWMP)

The legal profession lacks representations from Latina and Black women, a disparity we aim to address.

Through our extensive training and academic cirriculum, participants gain:

• • Real-world experience: Hands on training working with real clients, navigating court offices, and collaborating with attorneys and legal personnel.
  • Specialized knowledge: A thorough understanding of paralegal duties, legal procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Career readiness: Essential skills for job seeking, including resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
  • Mentorship & Support: guidance from experienced legal professionals and a supportive community of peers.

Our program equips women of color with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in the legal field and achieve their professionals goals!

Eligibilty & Requirements

1. Basic computer skills

2. Must be between the ages of 17-24

3. Have an interest in the legal field
