Diverse Programs

WHAT WE OFFER

We believe every person deserves access to support, education, and opportunity. As a small but deeply rooted nonprofit, we design programs that meet people where they are — from empowering women overcoming domestic violence, to engaging youth through mentorship and leadership activities, to offering practical workshops that build skills and confidence.

Our diverse programs reflect the richness of the communities we serve, and we’re committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can heal, learn, and thrive.

Status with Dignity

Immigration Support With Respect, Compassion, and Clarity

"Because everyone deserves a fair chance — with dignity."

Our Mission

Status with Dignity exists to ensure that immigrants — regardless of their financial situation — receive the legal support, guidance, and resources needed to maintain or adjust their immigration status in the United States. We believe legal status should not be a privilege reserved for the wealthy but a right pursued with dignity, fairness, and access.

What We Do

We provide low-cost, reduced-fee, or pro bono immigration services to eligible individuals across New York and New Jersey. We help clients complete and submit critical paperwork accurately, apply for fee waivers where available, and guide them through complicated immigration processes.

  • We operate with respect, discretion, and cultural awareness.
  • We offer support, not judgment.
  • We believe in lifting barriers, not creating them.
