Waivers
In forma pauperis, or proof of indigence signed by the court within last 12 months, an I-797A Receipt notice granting your fees waived from USCIS, or any similiar document.

Name of aid available may vary from state to state.

Please Note: WIC, LIEAP, SSI, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Social Security, Medicare, child care assistance, unemployment, free lunch program, Head Start, cash aid, and housing assistance will not qualify as standalone unless you meet poverty guidelines.
