Paralegal Mentorship and Workforce (“PMWP”)

Paralegals FTC is an all-women-operated 501 (c) 3 with a team of fully equipped, trained, and certified Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Legal Secretaries with a combined 25 years of experience working directly with the community.

The Paralegal Mentorship and Workforce (“PMWP”) program was specifically designed for youth with a genuine interest in the legal field. Our program encourages the growth of the paralegal profession, attesting to and encouraging a high level of achievement by providing one-on-one training in a legal setting. PMWP will help the participant/student jumpstart their career in getting their foot in the door of any legal establishment looking for an experienced legal secretary, legal assistant, or paralegal. The participant will be receiving adequate support that includes interviewing etiquette and support from our specialists to ensure they become marketable in their targeted area of law. The participant/student is learning and earning to get the feel of working in their prospective profession.

Getting the training in an active legal setting will expose the participant/student to the legal profession and make them further aware of their ethical and professional responsibilities.
